Leroy was my cousin and one of the coolest and not always so smart in my life.
He will not be soon forgotten.
My family and Leroy's family are friends going way back. I knew him as a child but haven't seen him in years. Thanks for sharing this. It brings back some fond memories and makes he happy to know that in the short time he was able to be here, he must have touched many people.
